常見問題
場內可否穿鞋？Can I wear shoes inside the venue?
為保持場地清潔，所有客人入場時需脫鞋。場內有少量拖鞋提供，客人可自備襪子或於場內購買$10/一對。
In order to keep the venue clean, all guests need to take off their shoes when entering the venue. Please prepare yourself a pair of shocks if needed. We can provide new shocks on request $10/pair.
場內可否吸煙？Is smoking allowed inside the venue?
場地內一律禁煙（色括香煙、水煙、電子煙等），若有需要請客人到後樓梯吸煙。後樓梯位置可以於到時詢問場地工作人員。
Smoking is prohibited inside the venue (Including cigarette, shisha, vape etc.) . Please smoke in the back stair.
場內有員工提供協助嗎？Will there be any staff for assistance?
場內會有工作人員全程協助，歡迎客人隨時向員工提出任何需要。
Staff will be arranged during the party. Please feel free to ask for help.
損壞或弄髒場地的清潔費是多少？What is the charge for damaging or messing up the venue?
客人在場內如有任何人為損壞或弄髒設施，場地工作人員將收取每處$500行政費。場地範圍內亦不可掉蛋糕及使用拉炮，此行為視為弄髒場地，將會收取全數訂金作為清潔費。
Damaging or messing up the venue will be charge for $500 per items. No playing with cake and party popper inside the venue. Full deposit will be charged if so as for the cleaning fee.
場內飲品可以帶走嗎？Can I get drinks away from the venue?
場地提供的飲品只工場內飲用，若客人需要於場外飲用可向在場員工購買$10/一盒/一罐。
Drinks are only available within the venue. You can also buy from our staff $10/pack/can if you want to enjoy it outside the venue.
派對完結前有甚應需要收拾？What do I have to tidy up before the end of the party?
請客人於完場前歸還所有用完的物品，並收拾場地至開場時的狀態。
Please return all the stuff after use and return the venue as it looks like at the beginning. Otherwise, it will be count as messing up the venue.
場地有嘈音管制嗎？Does the venue have noise control?
由於附近有民居，11點後請盡量保持較細的聲浪，以免影響到他人。場地工作人員有權要求客人降低聲量。如客人拒絕合作，場地工作人員有權終止活動，並不作退款。
Since there are resident living nearby, please lower your voice level after 11 o’clock at night. Our staff has the right to ask guests to lower their volume. If the guests refuses to cooperate, the venue staff has the right to terminate the event without refund.
租用場地政策 Venue Rental Terms and Conditions
- 於已預留場地，因此遲到或提早離場客人將不獲減免收費。Since the venue is reserved for the period of time of the booking time once the deposit is being settle. Late comers and people who leave early will not be waived.
- 所有已確認的預約，除惡劣天氣，特別情況下，一律不能取消。如有合理原因，本公司會按情況酌情容許客人延期，而按金會保留兩個月。 All confirmed reservations cannot be canceled except in bad weather or special circumstances. If there are reasonable proof for the cancellation, the company will allow the customer to extend the stay at our discretion, and the deposit will be retained for two months.
- 最低消費人數為預計人數的80%，若80%少於10位，最低消費則定為10位。The minimum charge is set to be 80% of the expected number of guest. If 80% of the expected number of guest is less then 10 people. The minimum charge will be set as 10 people.
- 客人於場內逗留超過半小時則需以全額收費；半小時內離開的客人則可豁免收費。Guests staying less then 30 minutes will be waived. Otherwise he/she will be count as a head with full pay.
- 完場後15分鐘內仍未離開之人數即當加時1小時計算。For those who stay more then 15 minutes after the end of the party will be count as extension with 1 hour.
- 所有場地資料只供參考，最終設施及場地佈置以當日場地所能提供為準。若有特定需要請預早提出，場地會按需要盡量安排。The venue information is for reference only. The final setting and faculties provided are subjected to change depending on what the venue can provide on the day. If you have any special requirement, please let us know in advance, we will try to arrange if possible.
- 若客人因任何原因需要作出投訴，客人需於離場前依照本確認詳情內容先付款，然後再向本公司提出投訴。公司會就客人的訴求作出調查，若訴求合理，本公司會就事情作出適當的退款。If guests needs to make complaint for any reason, the guests need to pay according to the original confirmation before leaving the venue. If the request is reasonable, the company will make an appropriate decision in the refund after the investigation.
- 場地設有攝錄功能之閉路電視。影像只供保安用途，片段會定期刪除。資料只供特定員工有需要時查閱。CCTV with recording function is in operation. The videos are for security use only, the record will be deleted regularly. The information is only available for special staff to access when needed.
取消政策Cancellation Policy
- 風暴政策 Under Typhoon Condition（派對開始前3小時/3 Hours before the party）：
- 一號戒備信號或三號強風信號，場地會如常開放，派對將照常進行。The veue will open as usual under Typhoon signal No.1 and Typhoon signal No.3, party will be held as usual.
- 八號烈風或暴風信號、九號烈風或暴風風力增強信號及十號颶風信號，場地會按天氣狀況而決定是否開放，請客人聯絡場地負責人了解。如場地照常開放，客人可選擇派對照常進行、延期或取消。如選擇延期，訂金將會保留2個月。In case of Storm Signal No. 8, Storm Signal No.9 or Hurricane Signal No.10, the venue will decided to open based on the weather condition. please contact the venue for the details. If the venue opens as uaual, guests may choose to proceed the party as usual, to postpone or to cancel. If guests choose to postpone the party, deposit will be kept for two months.
- 暴雨政策 Rainstorm Cancellation（派對開始前2小時/2 Hours before the party）：
- 黃色暴雨警號信號下，場地會如常開放，派對將照常進行。The veue will open as usual under Amber signal, party will be held as usual.
- 紅色或黑色暴雨警號信號下，場地會按天氣狀況而決定是否開放，請客人聯絡場地負責人了解。如場地照常開放，客人可選擇派對照常進行、延期或取消。如選擇延期，訂金將會保留2個月。In case of Red or Black signal, the venue will decided to open based on the weather condition. please contact the venue for the details. If the venue opens as uaual, guests may choose to proceed the party as usual, to postpone or to cancel. If guests choose to postpone the party, deposit wil be kept for two months.
備註Note：政策及條款有機會更新而不作預先通知，本公司擁有最終決定權。Term and cindition might be chages without notice. Jaffe 520 reserve the right for the final decision.
